Britney Spears bringing ‘Circus’ to Europe

PARIS, France --
Britney Spears will perform on French show "Star Academy,"
the pop princess confirmed on her official Web site on Friday.

Brit will appear Nov. 28.
"Looks like Britney will be spending her Thanksgiving holiday in Europe!"
It's the latest appearance announced for the star's promotion of upcoming album "Circus,"
due on Britney's birthday, Dec. 2.
As previously reported, she's also confirmed to perform on Simon Cowell's U.K. talent show,
"X Factor," in the middle of this month.


And proving she's ready for her comeback, Britney joined Madonna at Dodger Stadium
on Thursday night to help sing the Material Mom's hit "Human Nature."

"Just left the Madonna concert,"
Britney said earlier this week.
"It was really fun!"

Britney Spears opens Madonna show

Fans didn't have to wait long for the much-hyped Britney Spears and Madonna collaboration
at the Material Girl's Dodgers Stadium show in Los Angeles on Thursday night --
the pop stars opened the show.

As expected, Spears joined Madonna for a version of "Human Nature,"
but no one expected the pop pair to team up so early in the evening.
Wearing black pants and a white top, Spears stunned the sold-out crowd by singing and dancing
with her heroine before she was lowered beneath the stage at the end of the number as portions
of the crowd cried out her name.

It was a tame stage collaboration compared to the last time Madonna performed with Spears --
the pair hit the headlines back in 2003 when they locked lips during a wedding-themed routine
at the MTV Video Music Awards.



Spears' ex Justin Timberlake was also performed onstage with Madonna.

The show was a big success, despite fears about the stage after a minor collapse on Wednesday.

Prior to Thursday night's show, Madonna said,
"Even though my stage roof was damaged and some lights and effects aren't working,
I want to do the show anyway because I don't want to disappoint my fans."

Britney Spears set to perform at the MTV Video Music Awards

It appears that Britney Spears may get another chance at a comeback
as she may be performing at the MTV Video Music Awards yet again this year.
Nothing has been confirmed, but reports state that Spears may actually open up
the VMAs.
Britney Spears performed at the VMAs last year doing her single, “Gimme More.”
Needless to say, it ended up being one of the most highly-talked about moments
on TV throughout 2007.

MTV has already stated that the VMAs will take place live from
the Paramount Pictures Studios in Los Angeles, and will air on September 7th.

Britney Spears plays nice to get sex tape

Britney Spears has reportedly reconciled with ex-boyfriend Adnan Ghalib
because she fears him releasing a secret sex tape.

Adnan is said to have been recently spotted driving into the gated community
in the Hollywood Hills where the singer is living with her father.

But sources claim the two haven't got back together for purely romantic reasons -
Britney is apparently terrified Adnan has an explicit video
of her during the couple's brief trip to Mexico in January.

"Britney's really scared that Adnan has a sex tape,"
an insider tells The Daily Mail's website.
"She wants to get it out of his hands."

Spears, 26, and the Birmingham-raised paparazzo, 36,
have barely been seen together since the troubled singer was hospitalised
for psychiatric treatment on January 31.
